Lake Success has a business side that most Great Neck villages do not, with office parks and corporate campuses near the Expressway. That means the rentals here often serve commercial projects: parking-lot repaving, building renovations, grounds and landscaping work on a campus, and the occasional corporate outdoor event. Standard porta potties staged at the work zone, serviced on a steady loop, cover a contractor's crew, and a handwashing station is a common add. For a campus event we can bring deluxe flushing units and an ADA accessible unit, or the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer where the occasion calls for it. Home projects on village lots
Away from the offices, Lake Success is a village of single-family homes on comfortable lots, and the residential rentals run like any suburb: a standard unit on the driveway for a renovation, addition or pool build, kept off the street for the run of the work and serviced weekly. Many lots here have room for an on-lot placement, so we can usually keep the unit clear of the road and out of the neighbors' sightline. For a backyard party a deluxe flushing unit and a handwashing station do the job, with the luxury trailer as the upgrade for a bigger celebration on a roomy lot.
Booking and servicing
Setting up is a short call: the address, your dates and a rough count of who will use the unit, and we confirm the window and the model. Standard rentals run on a weekly pump-and-restock, with more frequent service for a heavy commercial site or a warm-weather event. Placement on your own property or a private campus is straightforward; anything touching a village road may warrant a check with the Village of Lake Success, since a right-of-way permit can apply. When the project or the event wraps, one call sets a prompt pickup so nothing lingers on the site.
