We scout for a firm, level staging spot near the tent that keeps units out of the sightlines, and we set boards under a trailer so the lawn and irrigation stay unharmed. On soft ground after spring rain we plan the truck's path carefully to avoid rutting the drive or the grass, and we confirm turnaround room for the delivery vehicle.

The North Shore social calendar peaks from late spring through the golden fall weekends, when estate weddings, garden parties, and charity events fill the grounds. Those dates book far ahead, and a trailer for a tent Saturday should be reserved as soon as plans firm up. Because Upper Brookville sits on our North Shore route near Oyster Bay and Old Brookville, we coordinate closely with planners on delivery windows, service through the event, and a discreet removal once the last guest has gone.
