Film shoots and warehouse events
Port Morris has become a hub for film stages and raw-space events, and a production or a warehouse party here rents clusters of Standard and Deluxe Flushing cabins for the base camp, dropped in the lot or along a held curb near the loading dock. A larger event adds Handwashing Stations and an ADA Accessible stall for the crowd.
We work to the call sheet or the event schedule for delivery, servicing through the run, and wrap pickup, staging units where the truck can reach the tank without blocking a dock door.
Industrial job sites along the channel
The everyday work here is contractor and industrial: a demolition, a warehouse fit-out, or a utility crew off a street like Bruckner Boulevard or Locust Avenue takes a Standard cabin and a Handwashing Station inside the site fence, on the yard's firm ground close to where the crew works.
On a waterfront lot near the East River channel we set units on solid pavement back from the bulkhead, and where a placement touches the public sidewalk a right-of-way permit may apply, so check with the city or DOT.
Access on the truck-heavy grid
Port Morris streets carry constant truck traffic and double-parked deliveries, so our driver plans the drop off-peak and threads around the dock lines and the Bruckner ramps. We keep the service truck out of a loading lane and time the visit so it does not stall a warehouse's own trucking.
Winter off the water is raw and wind-driven, so we treat tanks against the freeze and keep a long-term site cabin on a steady loop so a cold-weather build or a stage rental never loses access.
