Estate events on deep lots
Lattingtown is Gold Coast at its most secluded, big wooded estates set well back from quiet lanes, and the events here match. A wedding or a garden celebration on one of these lawns suits the climate-controlled luxury restroom trailer, set on a firm, level spot near the tent, with flushing stalls, running-water sinks and interior lighting. For a smaller gathering we pair deluxe flushing units with a handwashing station, and the ADA accessible unit covers an older guest. Because these properties run deep, we plan the approach up long private drives and place the trailer where the truck can reach it for delivery and any mid-event service.
Large-property and grounds work
Between the events, the rentals here are project-driven on big properties: landscaping and tree work on wooded grounds, pool and pool-house builds, estate renovations and equestrian and outbuilding projects. A standard porta potty or two, set discreetly away from the main house, covers a crew for the run of the job and is serviced weekly. On these expansive lots there is almost always a firm, out-of-sight spot for the unit, and we choose it so the pump truck can return without crossing a fresh lawn or a soft trail. Share the layout and the access and we will route the drop to fit.
Planning a Lattingtown rental
A rental here starts with a short call: the property, your dates and a realistic head count, and we confirm the model and the delivery and pickup windows. For an event we time the drop before the day and the pull soon after, and we can service mid-event on a long celebration. Home and grounds projects run on the standard weekly loop, stepped up when the crew grows. These are private grounds, so placement is usually simple, but a spot touching a village road is worth a check with the village. Reaching out early for a wedding date helps us hold the trailer.
